
Advice to users of Trelleborg food hoses
Before you start using your Trelleborg food hose
Before rst use, you should proceed as follows:
Fill hose with hot water (+ 70°C to + 80°C),
keep water inside for minimum 12 hours,
then, clean hose using any of the following cleaning processes.
Every cleaning cycle must be immediately followed by a complete rinse
Storage:
Keep away from (sun) light and heat.
Only use pierced plugs when needed.
Stagnation:
With ALCODIAL only.
Do not use high pressure cleaning systems to wash inside the hose.

Our compounds ingredients and our hoses are compliant with:

Germany: BfR recommandation XXI when approriate ;

USA: FDA - 21 CFR 177.2600 and CFR 177.1520 for ALCODIAL ;

and do not contain any phthalates, nor bisphenol A.

Nitric acid (HNO3) or product with additional nitric acid.

Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) or product with additional
sodium hydroxide.
Maximum concentration: .......... 2 % between 60°C to 80°C

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or product with additional
hydrogen peroxide.
Maximum concentration: .......... 3 % at room temperature
MILLESIME only: ........................ 1.5 % at maximum 85°C
